The 17th Symposium on Applied algebra, Algebraic algorithms, and Error Correcting Codes (AAECC) will be held at the campus of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, on December 16-20, 2007. The aim of this symposium is mainly around Error Correcting Codes and Computer Algebra, including Cryptography as well as algebraic developments.
Previously unpublished contributions across a broad range of topics in algebra and error correcting cods are solicited, including, but not limited to, the following areas:

Proceeding will be published in Springer-Verlag's Lecture Notes in Computer Science and will be available at the conference.
